General Information:

INDIVIDUAL CLASSES / FACE-TO-FACE OR VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE (SKYPE )

We work together to assess your needs and set the goals and strategies that will best help you learn. This very intense plan allows you to study with a native speaker in a program that is custom-designed to meet your specific needs. Each class is 2 hours. Tutoring hour rate is $ 65 /hr.

Private Tutoring – Registration and Cancellation Policy

  1. A student is registered for Private Tutoring after:
    • a. payment for the sessions desired have been received
    • b. the dates of the classes desired have been scheduled
  2. We understand that things come up so up to 2 classes may be rescheduled if a 48 hour notice is given. More than 2 requests for rescheduling or requests for scheduling with less than a 48 hour notice will result in a class being forfeited. To be honored, classes must be made up before the date of the final class of that session. We will make every attempt to find a time that fits your schedule, however should this not be possible, you will forfeit the class.
  3. We have separated 2 hours for your class and will not be able to run-over time should you arrive late.
  4. Should you decide to cancel your classes after you have scheduled and paid for them;

a. You will receive a $1200.00 refund, that is, you will forfeit the cost of the first class, or $130.00 should you cancel before you begin.
b. You will receive $ 650.00 refund if you cancel after the 1st or 2nd class but before your 3rd class.
c. You will receive no refund if you cancel after your 2nd class.

Now-a-days distance does not have to be an impediment to taking a class being held in another part of the city, or country or world even! Join any of our classes through video-conference! Now, it might mean you’ll be joining us at 3 AM your time … but heck! … it’s possible! Isn’t that amazing?

We have students joining us from both US coasts and from South America even … and though we aren’t able to pour them a fresh cup of coffee, they enjoy every other aspect of studying with us that those who are physically with us, do. Want to take a class but never know when you’ll be called out of town for work or just realized that you have a vacation scheduled right smack in the middle of the session? No problem!
