- Group Class Refund Policy -
Full refunds are given to students who request a refund, in writing, 48 hours before the start of the first class they registered for. Requests for refund must be sent via email to Luis@RojasSpanish.com or Josephine@RojasSpanish.com.

Once a session begins, registration fees are refundable before the start of the third class at a prorated rate. If the student attends 1 class, the refund will be 75% of the total paid. If the student attends 2 classes, the refund will be 50% of the total paid. We do not offer refunds after the student has attended three or more classes. All sales are final at this point.

We understand life happens! An alternative to a refund is putting a session on hold. Students may put their session on hold for up to 6 months at a time. Students may only put the remaining weeks of a session on hold, and not a full session. All sessions expire 12 months after the purchase date and students will forfeit any class hours not used.

- Make-Up Classes -
Rojas Spanish students are provided access to all virtual classes. We do not limit the number of virtual classes students can attend. Each week, students are guaranteed a place in their home class - the class originally registered for. If a student wishes to attend additional or make-up classes, they must sign-up using our online form, in advance.

For this reason, Rojas Spanish does not offer make-up classes outside of our set-schedule, for any reasons - including tutor cancellations. If a student misses a class, or the class is canceled, the student may attend an alternate class as a make-up. This is done by signing up for an alternate class through the online form. The form can be found on our website, under “Student Links”.

- Class Schedules -
Rojas Spanish reserves the right to change class schedules, days and times at any point based on the needs of the program. We will provide a minimum of 4 week notice to students of any permanent changes to their class schedule.

- Holiday Schedule -
Rojas Spanish will be closed on the following holidays and no classes will be offered. We will not offer alternate or make-up classes for these days.

- Photography and Video Release -
I hereby grant Rojas Spanish the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me on the Rojas Spanish websites and in publications, promotional flyers, educational materials, derivative works, or for any other similar purpose without compensation or notice to me.
I understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of me may be placed on the Internet. I waive the right to approve the final product. I agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video, audio recordings, and digital files are and shall remain the property of the Rojas Spanish.
